I guess I am throwing this out there for all to view, but who cares, what am I giving away? Plus, no one reads this blog anyway. It's nothing. It just shows I can go out & drive myself to the hurt locker and then manage to beat the crazy stormy lightning and rain home. Just like at the monster truck shows, it's all about POWER, POWER and more horsepower. Putting yourself into that special place, that after the 6th effort, you start to think, why am I doing this again, oh yeah, that's right because I like to ride my bike, and crush bike racers that are half my age. And after the 10th effort, I start thinking ok, I am not that old, but then I start thinking about Breyers mint chocolate chip ice cream and eating dinner, it's like you get turrets on the brain. Yeah, at least that's what I keep telling myself. Otherwise, it was a nice night for a training ride and I actually felt pretty darn good for about 80% of the workout, considering I only got 6 hours of sleep last night, with the tornado sirens going off at 11:45 p.m. The pace had to be picked up quite a bit on the way home to try to avoid what mother nature was about to throw out for the second night in a row.
Here's the graph and the data.
