This post goes out to my wife and best friend. She puts up with me, my bike riding, messy nature so next week we go to the Carolina beach for a few days to celebrate our 5-Year Wedding Anniversary. Thank you for being a lifetime cheerleader, my personal racing photographer, an amazing camping/tent mate and making the best peanut butter and jelly sandwiches ever.
