USGP-Louisville, Kentucky Video and Trainer Workouts with Friends

Wow, sweet, what a find. A pretty nice video of one of my favorite races of the year.
Hopefully this year, I'll be able to make it both days ON TIME, instead of just one.
I didn't mind racing with the Masters on Saturday, but it messed up my points and mojo for racing that day for sure. First time for everything I guess.

Last night I got together with some good friends to do a trainer workout together. An hour like this flies by. I asked them to try out a workout I had planned. They were sweating like me, that was good. We watched a 2005 Cyclocross World Championship DVD during our workout, which is always exciting and depressing to watch. Exciting because of the fans attending and caliber of racing going on and depressing because their average speed is 23 mph. Although their course's are longer and way less technical with no real barriers to speak of, except for the RR tie run ups and 'fly-over's.

Columbus Ohio Cyclocross Practice Video - Miss in' out

Dang it - See what I missed last night.
I can't believe they had music playing during practice. that's pretty cool. Ha
Sounds like the Pogues even.
Looks like my kind of course too.
It would have included a ride home in the dark as well, as it was my run was in the dark.
